As a quilter, you are always looking for someone or something to donate to. Recently a group of quilters and friends from Janesville, Wisconsin came across a need for port pillows. I had no idea what these were or what they were used for. They are placed near a port that has been placed for chemo or dialysis treatment while wearing a seatbelt so it won’t rub.

Fresh Conversations provided by Iowa State University Extension are scheduled to be held on July 14 and August 11 and September 8 at the Vinton Public Library.
